Timothy Welch is a Professional Clinical Counselor serving the mental health, marriage and family counseling needs of Newark and Licking County, Ohio. His clinical counseling practice is with Psychological Consultants and Affiliates, Inc.

Areas of interest include depression counseling, anxiety counseling, alcohol and drug addiction counseling, stress management therapy, crisis management therapy, behavior modification therapy, ADD/ADHD counseling, marriage and family relationships counseling.
Tim received his B.A. in psychology from John Carroll University, and his M.A from Walsh University in Counseling and Human Development. He is a Professional Clinical Counselor, licensed in the state of Ohio, as well as earning his National Board Certification. He is a Master Addiction Counselor, a Substance Abuse Professional, and a Board Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress.
Tim has been in the mental health treatment field for 10 years and has a very diverse background which he uses to individualize each counseling encounter in his mental health counseling practice.
